Privacy PolicyThe Rosemary Foundation website is structured so it can be accessed without identifying yourself or providing any personal information. However, some information about you and the services we provide to you may be required to be collected for service planning and maybe shared with appropriate staff to ensure you receive the best possible advice and support.
There are also occasions, though uncommon, when the law requires confidential information to be disclosed. This might occur when the health or wellbeing of a person is threatened, resulting in a strong public interest in disclosing that information.
Our staff will discuss our privacy and consent policies with you prior to registering you for any services and you may remain anonymous if you prefer.
The Rosemary Foundation does not accept responsibility for compliance to the Privacy Act of other pages or sites linked to other websites of interest. Once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting these sites.

National philosophy, principles and service standards apply to all services delivered by The Rosemary Foundation regardless of funding source. It is acknowledged that while particular programs may have additional program-specific standards, they are complementary to the standards outlined in this document.

Privacy PolicyApplies to all activities undertaken by The Rosemary Foundation and its member Associations involving service users, employees, volunteers, contractors and consultants. They were adopted by the Board on 22 March 2003.
